October is National Principals Month and we are so thankful for our principals! Dr. Lynn Faught, principal at McNair Middle School, said her favorite thing about being a principal is the time she gets to spend with students and the potential impact she can have on them. As a principal, Dr. Faught gets to work with students from diverse backgrounds, gets to know their strengths and challenges, and finds ways to meet their needs to help them become the best version of themselves.
